In an emergency

 You simply need to complete step 1 and we’ll manage the process for you.

1. For a quick and easy process simply phone 9287 1649 during business hours or email us on bodyshop@cpford.com.au

2. If your vehicle is not drivable, phone the towing allocation line on 131 176 and have your vehicle towed to a safe and secure location (as required by all insurance companies).

3. Then simply call us to arrange the pickup of your vehicle. We will organise a quotation and have your insurance company assess the damage at our premises. 

If your car is drivable

1. Drive in for an immediate quote. Speak with a qualified team member who will advise you on the process of making a claim with your insurance company. 

2. We will arrange a time to begin work on your vehicle and give you an estimated completion date.

3. Pick up your vehicle.

Make life a little easier …

We understand how important mobility is to your everyday life. Therefore, you will have access to a late model hire vehicle (at cost rates), letting you to be mobile ASAP. Alternatively, we are located within walking distance to public transport.
